You really see how popular your country is when thousands demonstrate against them. So I have found out in Iran people gathered outside a former U.S. Embassy to shout "death to America". Now I understand people having a point of view but I do have two problems.
  1. It is a former Embassy
  2. The U.S. left it on Nov. 1979
It just seemed a bit pointless to me, however it did travel enough for me to hear of it.

So it is final that N.Korea did fire a nuclear bomb of some sort. I really don't know what is so exciting about nuclear weapons anymore.
At a point will we all have to quote Prince's 1999 song "Everybody's got a bomb we can all die any day"? If so I would also rather dance my life away!
-Oh what happens when you write things while you are tired!

Today is Friday the 13th. The great unlucky day.

Today is the day the Panamal Canal was finished in 1913 with the opening of a dike. Yesterday was Columbus day here in US. Which is a strange holiday since Columbus just didn't know where he was. It was also Thanksgiving in Canada ,where the first Thanksgiving was and Hangul day in South Korea which celebrates the written alphabet. Interesting fact is North Korea celebrates Hangul Day in January. Speaking(or writing) of Korea North Korea announced they have done a nuclear test. It seems many are surprised by the nuclear test especially us in the U.S. but I think if some country sent me a 2 & 1/2 page report yet wouldn't even take to us and call us the Axis of Evil which steals someone else's name I might add I think I would not pay attention to them ether only difference is North Korea decided to basically give the finger as well. Also would President Bush mind not commenting on everything as soon as it happens sometimes waiting and finding out information by several sources is a solid strategy.

This is Anonymous Afro.

Is it just me or does our president (that's USA) like to talk? I think it'd good for a president to go on and talk to people but most of the time when he talks he sounds dumb and out of touch with reality. Last Friday he gives a long speech basicly because his bill didn't go his way. Now the funny thing to me is that while some questionable interigation was going on he never tried to pass that bill to find out what practices are allowed, only after he was through with the people we captured. Also though he kept repeating that they were not toutured at all a few of those technices seem like tourture to me.

Now he had to make a speech before Iran's president at the UN. The way he did it seemed a bit childish like a kid running to a parent to try to tell ther side of the story before there sibling they hid could complain about them. Well, just stating facts as I see them.

I can't believe America is still supporing Israel right now. This military actiion will not end well. Israel's actions are really supporting Hezbollah.

History has showed us what will happen. When Germany lose WW1 the agreement that led to there economic peril is what led to the support of Hitler's Nazis. By attacking innocents Israel is only making those people and others watching this want to support Hezbollah.

I've been watching the World Cup for the last few days as the bad calls have been called like in the England and Italy game and great goalies like Korea. And the really good games like Germany's game.

I also heard how Fifa is blocking Korean e-mails because they were flooded with 4.2 million

So today I watched the world cup games and looked at what people posted at a live blog: http://www.worldcupblog.org . I thought Japan was going to lose against Brazil but the second half was a blowout. I'm also still stunned at some of the things called and not called in the Croatia & Astrallia game.

So I have been watching the FIFA World Cup. I admit I am new to soccer but I can't help but to notice how when someone is injured they spray them. I'm assuming this is a numbing spray but it still seems wrong to look up to watch a guy get his back side sprayed was he is walking off the field.

Here is the Afro

So the Miami Heat won the Championship yesterday. I have to say I like them, I like Shaq, Dwayne Wade, Pat Riley and Payton. Especially with older players it's nice to see them get rings.
